From arrival to the experience, let’s talk about some commonly asked questions.

Where is Stride Mental Health located?

You will find us at our new home at 206 West Jefferson Street in Morton, Illinois. Our sign is large (and lit at night) out front! For those who prefer landmarks - across the street from Eli’s Coffee Shop.

Is there parking nearby?

Tons! There is free street parking in front of the building and down Jefferson. Additionally, there is a public Village of Morton lot just a block south at Adams & Plum.

Where do I go?

Come on up directly into our waiting room where comfortable chairs, couches, and coffee await your arrival!

OK, I’m here - now what?

Grab a snack and a drink and have a seat… that’s it. We’ll take it from here. If someone came with you, they are welcome to kick it in the lobby and do the same. We have chargers for all the devices, and caffeine for you!

Do you take insurance?

Of course! We accept most forms of Blue Cross Blue Shield (PPO), United Healthcare, and Caterpillar-based insurance. We will work with you to understand your benefits ahead of time.

What if I don’t have insurance?

Stride Mental Health offers a competitive private pay rate. Your session length will be identical whether you use insurance or not.
