What to expect

From arrival to the experience, let’s talk about some commonly asked questions.

Where is Stride Mental Health located?

You will find us at 113 North Main Street in Morton, Illinois. The building has a black awning and is directly across the street from Village Hall. Our logo is on the window by the entrance.

Is there parking nearby?

Tons! There is free street parking in front of the building, along with free public lots right across the street. Both lots north and south of Village Hall are public & available to you.

Where do I go?

When you enter the building, look for the signage on the wall pointing you down the main hallway. From there, look up and you’ll see STRIDE on the wall.

OK, I’m here - now what?

Grab a snack and a drink and have a seat… that’s it. We’ll take it from here. If someone came with you, they are welcome to kick it in the lobby and do the same.

Do you take insurance?

Of course! We accept most forms of Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare, and Caterpillar-based insurance. We will work with you to understand your benefits ahead of time.

What if I don’t have insurance?

Stride Mental Health offers a competitive private pay rate. Your session length will be identical whether you use insurance or not.
